Marina & Resort
We’re proud to be the premier marina facility on Lake Champlain featuring 300+ slips, full service & parts departments, ship store and fuel dock. We’re open from May 1st to October 1st, and in-season the ship store and fuel dock are serviced by uniformed staff seven days a week.
Treadwell Bay Marina & Resort is Lake Champlain’s premier full service marina with state-of-the-art inland facilities that will keep your boat safe and secure while offering a wide range of amenities and services to maximize your boating pleasure.
Treadwell Bay Marina & Resort offers a wide variety of benefits including access to shower and laundry facilities. When you’re not enjoying beautiful Lake Champlain, you can enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts or our boater’s lounge with amenities such as books, magazines, sofa, table, chairs and games, plus WiFi throughout the property.
We have a large gazebo with picnic tables, self-service propane grills (tanks available in the Ship’s Store) and a lengthy nature trail with a Doggie Station for cleaning up pet mess quickly and easily.
With your safety and security in mind, a card access security gate is in place and there are numerous security cameras throughout the property.

We feature annual slip rentals, year-round land storage, a 6,000 square foot service facility and factory-certified technicians. Our professional, uniformed marina team is available seven days a week to assist you with all your boating needs.

Transient Docking
We accommodate boats up to 45 feet, based on available space. We monitor channel 68.
Restaurant
Doc’s on the Water is our tenant restaurant. For reservations or business hours please call 518-536-3107.
Location
We’re located off Rt. 9, two miles north of Plattsburgh. By water, we’re just south of Deep Bay and Point Au Roche State Park and just north of Cumberland Head.
Service Department
Our Service Department has offered expert service and repair for more than 10 years.
Not only are we a Mercury Marine/Mercruiser Premier Service Center, our service technicians are also certified in Volvo gas, diesel, sterndrive and IPS repair. Additionally, our technicians are certified in Yanmar, VacuFlush and Kohler generators. Need electronics or accessories repaired or installed? We can do that, too!
You’ll also find an extensive parts department that is fully-stocked and staffed by a full-time (bilingual) service manager who will expertly answer your questions and meet your parts needs.
